This paper sets up a comprehensive assessment system model for university teachers, which includes three sides such as knowledge skill and quality and fourteen indicators. Then the weight coefficients of indexes are determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and outstanding the emphasis on assessment of university teachers. So it provides a good reference to assess university teachers comprehensively.
