摘要

The development of highly radiation resistant structural materials is a key issue for the development of fusion nuclear power plants. The selection criteria, main results and issues are presented for ferritic/martensitic and oxide dispersion strengthened steels. This paper also reviews the EU fusion modelling programme that aims at capturing the physics of radiation effects at the relevant scales for a EUROFER-type ferritic/martensitic steel.
