The capacitive properties of activated carbon electrodes with CNT coated titanium oxide composite electrode were investigated in PC containing TEABF{sub}4 or LiPF{sub}6 by galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The composite electrode showed relatively good electrochemical behaviors better than activated carbon electrode. During cycling, the composite electrode presented 275 mF/cm{sup}2 of specific capacitance in TEABF{sub}4/PC and reduced resistance.
