摘要

The current study makes a comparative analysis of three recruitment websites based on the Alexa traffic rank. The three websites are 51job, Zhao Pin and China HR. The analysis are conducted from the perspectives of site consequence, site attraction and user behavior. Based on the results from the current study, some findings on the recruitment websites construction are concluded. Furthermore, recommendations for the construction and optimization of Chinese recruitment websites are put forward from the aspects on how to improve the website consequence and website attraction, and how to attract more users.
