SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERNATIONALLY DISTRIBUTED BUSINESS NETWORKS MANAGEMENT: SE-IDBN

The global inter-competitive environment of intra-collaborative development activities in various fields and beyond national borders constitutes a complex, self-organizing climate whose path dependent or path creating parameters are also strongly dependent on knowledge, its economics, accumulation and co-evolution achievable via inter and multi-national learning, production activites and trust. The phenomenon exhibits a degree of freedom in terms of the choice of the employed dynamic capability building approach in order to structure an efficient and effective, namely more innovative, inter- and multi-nationally participative socio-technical management strategy. Foreign Direct Investments, Diffusion of Technology, Outsourcing/Off-shoring and finally via Technology Transfer, National Borders are being crossed by network forms of organizations and industries which are exercising and practicing enterprise reconstruction and industrial deconstruction even through internationalization of R&D activities, intellectual property rights and regulative contract management issues, participative multinational work allocations and emerging cost model parameters focusing on financial face of these current consideration and application issues. After establishing the terms and conditions of [1] SE-EMCM (Turkeli, 2006), [2] SE-GEMCM (Turkeli, 2007), namely, physical, technical standards and social aspects of local and global employment quality empowerment of distributed advance project and processes, SE-IDBN provides perspectives on valuable information for the solutions of these challenging socio-cyclic questions in front of the top IT or any "socycle" manager of 21st or 1st e-century.
