Investigations of insulation and vulcanization of cables directly on the premises are presented at the given research. "Sibcable" is taking as an example corporation. "Sibcable" is one of the leading cable's factories. Whole series of technological parameters are changed during all day of cables production process on cable line of continuous vulcanization. These technological parameters influence on mode of vulcanization operation. Pressure (temperature) of saturated vapor, diameter of cable sheath, temperature of conductor and temperature of cooling water are important parameters cables production process.
