摘要

The finite element method based on the equivalent domain integral technique was developed to evaluate the energy release rates of the specimen after slicing and during the push out test. In addition, an analytical equation was deduced to validate the finite element analysis. The results showed that the predictions from the analytical equation are in good agreement with the finite element results. The level of thermal residual stress is a crucial factor to decide the initial debonding location of composites during the push out test. The energy release rate of SiC/Timetal-834 induced by the specimen preparation is 37 J/nr. The axial residual stress remarkably affects the energy release rate. Most of energy contribution to the interface failure process comes from residual stress.
