Study on Development and Countermeasure of Technology- Based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

摘要

Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (TSME) are the important strength of participating in international competition of new high-tech industry (NHTI) in China. At present, it has important strategic meaning and realistic meaning for our country to promote the development of TSMF. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the position and function of TSME, some internal and external environmental factors that influence further development of TSMF have been analyzed, and several countermeasures and suggestions which is concerned with these influence factors has been put forward. Finally, it points out the direction that will be studied further in the future; expect to offer the route of a kind of thinking the development of TSMF of our country.
