Innovation Acquisition Successfully for the High-tech Enterprises: the Case of Holley Group in Zhejiang

In recent years, merger and acquisition as a common approach of capital operation, has attracted widespread attention. In particular, for the companies in the high-tech industry, the innovation acquisition (technology-motivated) has played a positive role in the company development, and become a long-term development strategy. By studying the M&A cases of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang, this paper discusses the way of how to make innovation acquisition successful for the high-tech enterprises.
