摘要

Product innovation is a systematic and market-oriented project, based on product integrity concept, which is very important for small and mid-sized software enterprises because of its direct contribution to the competitiveness of those companies. With the furious competition from the internal and external big companies, the SMSE of China need to find an effective strategy of product innovation for getting the core competitive ability and avoiding excessive competition. Based on the characteristics of SMSE of China, we regard that small niche strategies are favorable, which can exert the advantages of the flexibility and proximity to markets of SMSE.
