Large-scale monolithically integrated photonic circuits for terabit/s data rate applications

We review our work on high density, monolithically integrated, dense wavelength division multiplexed, monolithic, InP transmitter and receiver photonic integrated circuits (DWDM PIC) capable of operating at aggregate data rates of up to 1.6Tbit/s per chip.
