DOE Fuel Cell RD Activities: Transportation, Stationary, and Portable Power Applications

I'd like to thank the organizers of the conference for inviting the Department of Energy (DOE) here to participate. (Figure 1) The US DOE is very active in the research and development of hydrogen fuel cells, and other forms of fuel cells as well. I'd also like to thank my co-author, Nancy Garland, who prepared this presentation. Unfortunately, Nancy had to be in France this week and could not be here to give her presentation.
