Expert System'Stability Inference based on Fuzzy Meta-measure

摘要

To solve a problem of system stability in inspection system based on fuzzy inference method,fuzzy meta-measure is an extending fuzzy concept has been used into the system'stability inference.A meta-measure method has been proposed in this paper used for inference the stability of expert system.More then,a fuzzy meta-measure feedback inference model which used the meta-measure method has been installed in a chip on glass (COG) accuracy expert system to improving real-world COG surface mount processor accuracy.
