A Study on Reasons and Counter-measures of Government Incredibility in the Important Public Crisis

In dealing with the public and resolving the crisis event,incredibility of government's tends to arouse social disorder and panic,further aggravating extent of the damage of the crisis and disaster.In the theory of economics,the proposed reasons of the Chinese governmental incredibility in solving public crisis mainly includes: gains of official incredibility exceeds costs;governmental organizations lacks the credibility to ensure the government cost-benefit mechanism;governmental organizations rational behavior is limited.When social credit system is not in perfect conditions,the government and the public focused on short-term interests will form one-off play.Based on such reasons,countermeasures and suggestion are put forward to promote the credibility of government policies.
