Realistic Path of Solving 'Two Crises' : Constuct Eco-circular Industry in State-owned Forest Area in China

摘要

State-owned forest area made large contributions to China's economic development.However,it is being plunged into a predicament of "resource crisis and economic crisis".Seeing that,it is an effectual artificial way which will construct eco-circular industry in state-owned forest area to effectively eliminate the "two crises".This paper gives a definition of eco-circular industry,presents the necessity of developing eco-circular industry from three aspects in state-owned forest area: the objective demand of current industrial development,the advantage of eco-circular industry and the superiority of forest,and then,put forward an overall assumption of constructing eco-circular industry system and discuss that how can state-owned forest area itself realise ecologilisation and circulation.Finally,the authors take the representative industries of forest resource cultivation,forest logging,forest and timber processing and forestry eco-tourism as sample to argue the probability to realise eco-circulation among industries by constructing eco-circular symbiotic industrial community.
