GIS provides an interactive and visual expression of space,also provides a new thinking method for regional innovation crisis warning.In this paper,the author carried out a primary study on the establishment of geographic information system of regional innovation crisis warning.Systematic framework was divided.Application of GIS to regional innovation crisis warning has been concluded through statistic model analysis and spatial statistical analysis on the base of single index.
