摘要

Urban disaster is becoming a critic problem as more and more people are gathering in cities.Cities are the centers of politics,economy,culture in a country,and also the concentrating sites of population,wealth and information.This feature makes modern cities on the verge of potential risk.That is to say once a disaster occurred beneath a city,it will causes great damages,so disaster prevention and disaster reduction is vital to a city.In this paper,land subsidence damages for gas pipe laying and the calculation models for evaluating hazards are introduced.It is pointed out that management and harmonization should be promoted in order to plan surface and ground water resource as a whole and establish surveillance and early-warning systems.At the same time,the real time detection and location system of pipeline leakage should be developed as soon as quickly.Some counter measures about how to deal the new situation are also presented here,which will be helpful in the disaster reduction of cities.
