摘要

A high-voltage transmission-line scale model can be used as a design tool to determine both the electric and magnetic field distribution around the line. A scale model allows to evaluate changes in phase arrangement and current variations, and to assess the different mitigation techniques to reduce the electric and magnetic field levels. In this paper, the development and construction of a 115-kV transmission-line scale model is presented. The experimental results were compared with calculated values, showing a good agreement.
