摘要

Virtual prototype reality design (VPRD) is a new technique of product development, main research is problem of modelling in virtual environment and of integration product and process design based on simulation. The basic idea, characteristic and study status in home and abroad of VPRD are discussed in this paper, taking the electronic instruments as the object, the VPRD model of instrument products and its key techniques are put forward, the VPRD software frame model of the instrument products is built, the VPRD of the intelligent instrument is developed. The customization work of prototype system has been finished, the scheme design decision support system of instrument based on lifecycle has been developed and it has been used in the new product development of instruments.
