Already working with operators and owners to deliver 2020 by targeting investment at the barriers that currently prevent disabled people from confidently using rail vehicles. We will consult this winter on our proposals for applying the split between PRM TSI & RVAR. Will also set out proposals for certification & enforcement of RVAR where it still applies. Consultation is extensive but if you've not been included in the past, contact the DfT.
