摘要

The stability and scalability of the Contract Net Protocol (CNP) has been reviewed and studied in the literature. We were motivated to solve the scalability problem especially when agents are overloaded with messages being communicated. We proposed a Two-Phase Contract Net Protocol (TP-CNP) to improve the communication performance. With the incorporation of the TP-CNP, experimental results show that the system performance improves both on stability and scalability.
