摘要

The laminated dissimilar metal composite sheet (LDMCS) can combine the excellent properties of different component metals, and obtain outstanding mechanical properties. The fabrication technology of light alloy LDMCS (includes Al/Mg, Al/Ti, and Al/Al alloy) were researched and developed under laboratory conditions. The light alloy LDMCS were fabricated by the hot roll bonding (HRB) in conjunction with heat treatment process. The effect of heat treatment, bonding interface and microstructure on the mechanical properties of LDMCS were investigated based on the experiments of laboratory. The research results deepen the understanding of the strengthen mechanism and compound effects of LDMCS, and provide a technical reference for the industrial produce of LDMCS. It is helpful in designing of novel laminated metal composite sheets (LMCS) and optimizing the fabricated technology.
