To intensify processes and upraise quality of the produced tubes, at least existing tube rolling mill designs should be perfected. Scientifically substantiated solutions aimed at modernization of the processing equipment and improvement of the existing processes can be achieved thru a deeper insight into their interrelation, and revelation of qualitative and quantitative impacts of various parameters and the process features upon the system behavior and the product quality is necessary. To solve such problems, it is often helpful to resort to mathematical models of the units under investigation reflecting actual processes taking place in the original system with an account for the process peculiarities.
