Deviation analysis of earthwork calculated by square grid method

摘要

This paper discusses the calculation deviation of cuts and fills earthwork using square grid method in large scale topographic map, and clarifies the relationship of the side-length of square grid and the accuracy of earthwork calculation. As a result, when the calculation accuracy doesn't change, the different side-lengths ought to be adopted in the condition of different areas, scales/contour intervals, slopes and construction heights.
