Smart Government an Interoperability and Multi Dialect Solution to Improve Citizens Services

摘要

The Electronic Government is an application field for the Semantic Web and the ontologies, which play a key role in the development of the Semantic Web. Consequently if we focus on the law and the public policy that base the governments and build a documentation ontology that encompasses the electronic government needs of services at the front-office and mainly at the back-office, we will provide a starting point to enable interoperability for smart government services. In this paper we show the e-Government Documentation and Multi Dialect Ontology, in order to describe how to access and manage official and non-official documentation across the governments regardless of dialect used in Mexico. We also mention applications using the ontologies
