THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF CREATION AND OPTIMUM PLANNING AND DISTRIBUTION OF RESOURCES OF INTEGRATED EDUCATIONAL PORTAL

摘要

The article describes the developed technology and methodology of creating of an integrated information management system learning portal, its architecture, graphical design and functionality shell. The development of the informational portal's soft implementation is described also. Optimization of information portal architecture and the used technology to provide fast access to resources of the portal is described. The authors have covered multiple aspects of the design, development, implementation and maintenance of web-portal applications.
