摘要

As information continues to evolve, so is the way we receive, analyze, edit and re-publish information. This is not only the case for information but for the way we learn as well. Learning models are based mostly in factors like; Quality, Effectiveness and Cost of information. There are 3 main learning models; traditional, distance and blended learning. From these three main learning models we can derive as well as apply different technologies. As some technologies such as smart phones and PDA's continue to become more popular and accessible for the users, so are the applications for them, these changes in accessibility and popularity pave the way for the development of new ways of learning like, e-learning and m-learning.
