In this paper we will present the business justification for using the developed customized Java-based framework, explain the technical features of the developed web-based application, and discuss some of the decisions that went behind its construction. A modern web-based application was developed for an organization to satisfy requirements and to improve internal processes. The developed application and framework deliver architecture, infrastructure, design, and tools that represent effective solutions.
