Biodeterioration of CLT/Massive Timber Structures

CLT/Massive Timber is becoming more widely accepted as a construction material for tall structures. Wood has properties which enable designers to build structures taller and larger than previously imagined, but care must be taken to consider the potential for biodeterioration in CLT/massive timber structures.
