Stability of a Numerical Discretisation Scheme for the SIS Epidemic Model with a Delay

摘要

This paper deals with stability properties of the discrete numerical scheme for the SIS epidemic model with maturation delay. We provide the sufficient conditions of the numerical step-size for the numerical solutions to be asymptotically stable. These will be useful for choosing a suitable numerical step size when we simulate problems with the provided numerical scheme.
