Non-Destructive Method for Quality Control of Contact Junctions for Electrical Devices

摘要

It is known that the quality of the contact junctions can be checked by the non-destructive control [2]. The results from the investigations on the construction-based factors of the non-destructive control set-up are given in [1]. However, the accuracy of the control depends also on some working conditions as dirtiness of the contact base surface, its roughness and the ambient temperature. This issue gives the results from the investigations on the working conditions influence on the accuracy of the non-destructive method for quality control of the contact junctions.
