摘要

Surface glass transition temperature of PLA film of D and L enaniomers was successfully determined by force spectroscopy and ellipsometric measurements and we found a good correlation between different methods used for Tg measurement. The value of Tg ~ 60°was found to be independent of enaniomeric configuration ( L and D) and conformation of PLA. This negative result may be ascribed to the poorly attractive interaction between PLA and the surface but also to the semi-crystalline nature of PLA.
