The new equipment for nanopowder production was created in the form of evaporation-condensation chamber and optical schemes which create a conical laser beam. The main idea consists in effective evaporation of microparticles stream by conical beam due to high evaporating surface and high absorption coefficient of powder stream and drifting condensed nanopowders by gas stream to glassfiber filter. A optical schemes are developed which makes it possible to realize uniform distribution of laser power at conical beam axis under Gaussian and high super-Gaussian distribution at starting beam increasing of delivery of laser power and the efficiency of heating process. The experimental investigations of heating and evaporation of Ti -spherical particles with diameter d=60-100μm at high density powder stream (N=10~6cm~(-3)) under conical beam action are considered.
