The quick rhythm of the big technological innovations of computer character is influencing in the social and cultural means in the one that today the university education is developed. So much the productive processes and the professional profiles on one hand, as the cultural aspects and the social relationships for other, they are affected by these technologies. This phenomenon represents a great challenge for the system educational university student that he should assist the new necessities that are generated taking advantage of the new technological means as managed teaching resources to improve the quality of the same, such and like it happens in the rest of the social activities, and it because the new technological means can help to develop new teaching strategies and to improve the learning of the university students. These means don't cease of evolving opening new application fields in the university teaching. The development of computers with bigger prosecution capacity and the high-speed telematic nets, next to the appropriate software, they are favouring new teaching styles and learning not based on the presence between professors and students. The distance university teaching has an important example in the calls campus or virtual classrooms of long experience it is many universities. Their base philosophy affirms that, before the limitations of the present education as for time, the virtual classroom puts the accent in a cooperative learning that implies to work students and professor in tasks or problems in a collaborative way. This conception of the university teaching at distance had facilitated the appearance of emergent concepts as the b-learning that evidence a form of virtual teaching of support to the present one and that in turn it conforms ergonomic learning atmospheres (Gooyear, 1997), where the instruments and the materials adapt to the necessities and the students' conditions, to the student's activity and their form of learning.
