The world has entered the third millennium. Society is interested in the future and wants to know what itcan do to shape it. There is no definite answer to this question;;however we do know that in the futurewe will need a society that studies. Education raises self-esteem, facilitates career development andserves as the resources for personal development. The article defines the nature of the model ofdependencies between the input parameters of education.Different approaches connected with problems of education management in all cases correlate withthree aspects. These include knowledge acquired by graduates, study time and study costs.This makes it possible to formulate in a language of optimization problems three completely equitablestrategies in the field of education.First strategy: To ensure the highest education training during the given study period taking intoaccount the given financial fees for education.Second strategy: To minimize the study costs taking into account the given study period and the givenlevel of education quality.Third strategy: To minimize the study time taking into account the given financial fees for educationand the given level of education quality.In general, the implementation of each strategy requires different administrative decisions, to evaluatethe effectiveness of which it is necessary to have some quantitative estimates, which requires adevelopment of appropriate mathematical models.
