摘要

The Leitch Report (2006) and the Government's World Class Skills: Implementing the Leitch Review of Skills in England (2007), the Government of the United Kingdom has identified that radical educational reform is required to facilitate the development of a workforce equipped to compete within Europe. Consequently, the development of future healthcare provision must be aligned with labour market intelligence and major stakeholders whilst ensuring education quality is maintained. This project is intended to enhance collaboration between local NHS stakeholders, existing Government workforce development initiatives and higher education.
