High power Diode Pumped Solid State Laser (DPSSL) is one of the fast growing fields of industrial laser technology. The most important requirements to DPSSL for industrial applications are near diffraction limited beam divergence, high efficiency and compact design. Generally the commercial Nd:Yag lasers have a bad beam quality due to plane-plane resonator and thermal lensing effects in laser rods. Usually the beam propagation factor M{sup}2~20÷100 for high power DPSSL. Because of this reason impossible to concentrate laser energy to small size point and realize completely the advantages of laser processing. To decrease the beam divergence without serious output power losses was the goal of this work.
