摘要

At present time one of important problems of radar is detection of hazard phenomena in atmosphere which can initiate hail, shower, snowfall etc. High power radar is dangerous for the environment. Therefore one of the primary requirement for equipment developed and used is environmental safety. Because of used frequency ranges and ecological safety of satellite TV; wide application, simplicity and availability of the equipment have been decided to investigate possibility of using geostationary satellites radiation for determination of the hydrometeors parameters.
