摘要

A non linear electron temperature dependence of the kinetic coefficients of semiconductor plasma can result in the appearance of regions of negative differential conductance (NDC) in both the high-frequency (HF) and static current-voltage characteristic CVC [1, 2]. In this article the formation of static NDC under simultaneous electron gas heating by HF and static electric fields is studied. As is shown below, in this case, the heating electromagnetic wave has a pronounced effect on appearance of NDC caused by the overheating mechanisms [3] and on the type of the static CVC, as a whole.
