Results are presented of the reaction γN→Δ→πN that was studied at the Jefferson Laboratory for transferred four momentum of 10 (GeV/c)2, Angular distributions of the cross sections and polarizations were measured over much of the reaction phase space. Out of the possible eighteen response functions, fourteen separate responses and two additional response combinations were extracted. All resonance and background s- and p-waves as well as several of the d-wave multipole amplitudes were decomposed. The responses and multipoles were compared to model calculations. Significant differences were observed between the experimental and model values for several responses and multipoles. The EMR and SMR extracted from the fitted multipoles are different from previously reported values.
