Rotary tool electric discharge machining (REDM) is a process variant of electric discharge machining (EDM). The advantage with REDM is in ease of debris removal due to effective flushing. Present work focusses on multicriteria optimization of REDM on Metal matrix composite (MMC). The output characteristics are Material removal rate, tool wear rate and surface roughness. Different researchers have different opinions regarding output results with multicriteria optimization problems.
