The nature of precursors has a strong influence on the structure and properties of the activated carbons (AC). At the same time, their adsorption capacity is determined by the condition of manufacturing during the thermal processes. This study was undertaken to provide some new data on the ecoproducts manufacturing starting from vegetal wastes re-use. A summary of the experimental conditions used in this work by pyrogenation/carbonisation at 550-650°C, followed by physical activation process at 950-1000°C, are included. The new ecoproducts proven a uniform porous structure developed mainly of micropore giving good adsorptive properties.
