Recently, the term Service Science has emerged as a response to the convergence of various service-related topics such as web services, grid services, e-services, services oriented science [1] [2] [3] [4]. More generally, Service Science is considered to be an interdisciplinary effort, called Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME), aiming to "understand how an organization can invest effectively to create service innovations and to realize more predictable outcomes" [5]. SSME, as is proposed as a science of service systems, is believed to "provide theory and practice around service innovation" [5].
