Using Mo, B-Fe alloy and Fe powders as raw materials, ethanol-(methyl ethyl ketone) binary azeotropic mixtures as solvent, and adding slurry additives, the slurry for preparing cladding green body was prepared, and the green body was prepared by atomizing spray on steel (Q235) substrate. Ternary boride hard alloy clad material was prepared by in situ reaction and liquid phase sintering in vacuum furnace. The clad layer not only strengthens the mechanical properties of steel substrate through firm metallurgic bond between cladding and steel substrate, but also has high hardness, excellent wear and corrosion resistance, and will be widely used in mechanical engineering field.
