PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cladding sheet using a precipitation-hardening type copper alloy as an intermediate joint which is obtained by a thermal treatment, and the cladding sheet manufactured by the same are provided to improve the durability of the cladding sheet by firmly bonding the cladding sheet and the intermediate joint. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a cladding sheet is as follows: A cladding plate stacked structure is formed by inserting a thermal treated copper alloy including an element between cladding sheets as an intermediate joint; The element is at least one kind selected from a group composed of chrome(Cr), zirconium(Zr), silver(Ag), and magnesium(Mg); The cladding plate stacked structure is solution-treated; The cladding plate stacked structure is welded; An aging of the welded cladding plate stacked structure is performed.
