摘要

How to obtain natural frequency of ultrasonic vibration system is one of the key problems on designing ultrasonic honing system. A new method is put forward on to settle this problem. In this method, natural frequency was calculated under restricted structural sizes of the vibrator subsystem according to corresponding theory, and the whole honing system was designed by combining with the experiment. It shows that this method is available to mend vibration system by comparing theoretic value with experiment results.
