摘要

Based on research and application of RoBoGuide which is an off-line programming system of arc robot, the mathematic model of seam is built up based on the re-exploit of Auto-CAD. It has deduced that the projection vector of characteristics coordinate of seam relative to reference coordinates. According to the method of RPY , the changing of angle and displacement of characteristics coordinate of seam relative to reference coordinates is calculated in order to provide exact data information for RoBoGuide.
