Innovative Visual Quality Control of Wood-Wool Slabs using LabVIEW and IMAQ Vision

摘要

The surface of wood-wool slabs can be faulty in a heterogeneous and polymorphic way. Slabs with unacceptable surface faults need to be sorted out. Hence, it is virtually impossible to select any one image processing and analysis method which is able to inspect the quality of the slabs both quickly and reliably. Therefore NI products have been successfully used in all phases of system design like development, implementation and deployment. As a result, a Visual Quality Control System that meets the requirements of the customer has been developed and deployed.
