The perspective of the development of the higher education in Jewish autonomous region

Rather recently presence of higher education guaran-teed to the person enough much - good work, a moderate wages, growth in service career, the high social status in a society and many other things. The today's social and eco-nomic situation has reserved the attitude of a society to higher education and has put set of problems which it should solve itself without support of the state before the person.
