Mid-Infrared Lasers and Molecular Spectroscopy Applications

摘要

Growth, characterization, and processing of IV-VI semiconductor quantum well structures for mid-infrared laser fabrication are described. Results from use of IV-VI mid-IR lasers to measure biomarker molecules in exhaled breath are also presented.
